Everyone is different and at Coaching+ we believe in a holistic approach…we also understand you (whether you are a business or an individual) might want to know what working with us looks like.
The process
Is never the same, it is different for each business and individual but there is one common theme…the work that we do makes a difference. Bringing a coach into a business can be daunting for everyone involved but the foundation of our experience ensures we align what the business needs with what the individual needs. Showing support and emotional intelligence and investment in your team breeds a culture of loyalty which, in turn, attracts and retains talent.
Customised to you
Everyone and every business is different. Once we have defined our scope of work, it is then really up to the coachee. We explore, we discuss and we re-frame, all whilst being transparent and holding our objectives to account. That means, if a business is asking something of an individual that we don’t believe will work, we will share our reasons why.
The same goes for an individual asking something of a business. Sometimes, it’s about compatibility. But, we firmly believe, if both parties want it to work then, with our support, we can make it so.
